Dave has helped us with large jobs and small ones. He is very neat and clean and never leaves a mess behind. Dave has built a fireplace for us, installed crown molding and stair rails, he equipped our home with handicap ramps, he has hung ceiling fans and light fixtures, built shelving, and many many other jobs. Dave Swann updated my kitchen and my bathrooms. I cannot overstate how happy I am with the results! Dave’s work is flawless, and he completed the projects well within the projected time frame. Even so, the most impressive aspect of his work is his artistry. I had a very specific aesthetic in mind. Dave fully understood what I wanted, and then delivered perfectly, even exceeding my expectations! Dave’s creativity shows in the details of his custom work: for example, he created custom shelving in the bathroom, re-engineered an old card catalog into 2 sideboards, and designed custom sinks by mounting them on antique furniture. I can’t recommend Dave Swann highly enough for design projects.

Dave is honest, trustworthy and a talented carpenter. I had no problem what so ever trusting him in my home without me there. There wasn't anything that I asked him to do (kitchen remodel, bathroom remodel, painting, flooring, wood trim, etc.) that he wasn't able to assist me with. I would not only use him again, but would recommend him to others in the future as well. Plan ahead for your projects though, he is very busy and only one person (but manages his time on the project well).
